Not prototypes and not concept decks. Each of these is a URL you can open and use before you decide whether to talk to us.
01 · Community platform
Keasy
An English-first platform for foreigners living in Korea: verified local guides, community groups, events, jobs, and a marketplace joining them to local sellers. The things that used to be scattered across a dozen chat groups, in one place.
The problem
Foreigners in South Korea find housing, jobs and community through scattered KakaoTalk groups and word of mouth. Local businesses had no direct way to reach them.
What we built
An English-first app that puts guides, events, jobs and community groups in one place, and gives local businesses a direct line to foreign residents.

02 · Automotive Retail / Conversational AI
Solmarine
A used camping car dealer in Okcheon who had no storefront of their own, and nothing a search engine could reach. Now 4,803 pages in nine languages, with a chatbot that answers from the dealer's own writing and hands you to a person the moment the question needs one.
The problem
Solmarine had no storefront of its own. Nothing they sold was reachable by search, so a buyer looking for exactly what was on their lot never found them, and the same questions about price, mileage and availability arrived at all hours in more languages than a three person shop can answer. The stock records were a problem too: prices had been kept as free text, and two vehicles worth over 100 million won were recorded as costing ten thousand.
What we built
We built a storefront of 4,803 static pages in nine languages, with 38 vehicles carrying prices we traced back to their source, and a chatbot that answers from the dealer's own writing rather than from general knowledge. When a question touches a contract, a final price or a viewing, the bot stops and hands the conversation to a person. It cannot quote a price that is not in the stock list, because an invented price is one the dealer would have to honour.

03 · Retail / Telecom Consulting
WS Phone Shop
A storefront and in-store consulting tool for an official SKT, KT and LG U+ retailer in Daejeon. Real phone pricing, subsidies and contract rules worked out and explained in seven languages, so a customer can compare offers in a language they actually read.
The problem
Phone plan consulting in Korea is complicated, especially for foreigners. Customers struggle to compare device pricing, subsidies, contract conditions, and plan changes over time. WS Phone Shop needed a fast, accurate, multilingual tool that staff could use during consultations to explain offers clearly and consistently.
What we built
We built a Next.js app that calculates real-world phone pricing scenarios (device price, carrier discounts/subsidies, optional discounts, deposits, and contract plan rules) and instantly generates shareable pricing cards and posters in 7 languages. The result is a smoother in-store experience, clearer decision-making for customers, and a repeatable workflow for the shop.

04
Formy
Korean visa, banking, telecom, university and government forms, digitised and field-mapped so they can be filled on a screen. A resident enters their details once, saves them to a profile, and reuses them on every form after, printing A4 or downloading a finished PDF.

Yours would be the fifth.
Tell us who you are trying to reach and what is in the way. We will come back with what it would take, roughly what it would cost, and whether we are the right people for it.
